Dining at The Heights

The Heights has been a special dining venue for five years now, and has a well deserved island-wide reputation for consistent high quality food, all very locally sourced.

DJ is famed for his use of locally grown produce in all of his dishes. Fruit and vegetables from his well tended garden combine with fresh fish from the daily market to produce mouthwatering dishes, giving the Grenadian flavour to the menu.

Fresh fish are from the modern fishmarket at Grenville, where DJ has a longstanding trading history with the top fishermen.

D's special dishes of kingfish and particularly whole baked red snapper are island renowned.

Harriet's speciality is breakfast.... and she is very happy to prepare one to your taste.

The tomatoes are fresh from garden to table (and sought after by other restaurants in the area)......enjoy them in D's salads and sauces.
